Off-Plan Guidance

Buying Before It's Built

Off-plan homes are paid for in stages while the developer builds. Dubai law protects buyers: every project must be registered with the Dubai Land Department, payments go into the project's escrow account (Law No. 8 of 2007), and each sale is registered in DLD's Oqood register. We only market off-plan projects that are DLD-registered with an approved escrow account and a valid RERA advertising permit, and every such advert shows the developer, DLD project number and escrow account number.
